Cleve Dennis leads an estate concierge team at Bell Estate Solutions. Prior to forming his probate estate company, he spent over 23 years working in financial service as a residential real estate analyst, doing risk assessment and underwriting home loans.
He comes with a background in consultative financial sales, marketing, and small business banking. As a business owner, he brings a value-driven and ethical approach with his many years of experience managing client accounts.
Cleve knows how to maximize and dispose of inherited and unwanted properties in the Florida markets with his network of investors, cash buyers, and realtors; giving him the ability to perform as a Swiss army knife when heirs are faced with the myriad obstacles that can arise regarding the transfer of real estate.
